At Brook & Co Salon, we go out of our way to make sure our valued clients have the best experience possible, from the minute they enter our doors to the moment they leave our incomparable Salon. Please take a moment to review our policies to ensure you understand our operations procedures. If you have any questions, just get in touch and we’ll be happy to help.


Things happen, and sometimes you need to cancel your appointment with us. We get it. If you need to cancel more than 24 hours before your appointment, just give us a call or shoot us a message letting us know. If you don’t let us know or have to cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, we take 50% of the appointment as a fee. Talk to us to find out more.


Please be courteous to the staff and other clients at Brook & Co Salon and make sure you arrive on time for each appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your appointment for another time. If you see you are running late, the best thing to do is let us know so we can minimize any disruption to our staff and other customers.


If you are not satisfied with your service let us know within 72 hours and we will happily accommodate and fit you in to change/tweak the previous service provided free of charge. However, if the redo is requested past the 72-hour mark of the initial appointment, you will be charged for the services following appointment.
